• Safe - We only use fully licensed 3rd party tools to establish a secure  remote connection to your PC. (No one ever has to come to your house and you never need to disconnect your PC)  The only people viewing your remote support session are yourself and your assigned technician.
  
• Secure - Using 2048 bit encryption for our connection to you, secure  wirless connections  for all of our techs, solid security / access logs, and a  purging of any cached data after  each session ensures you that your  data,  and your privacy, remain secure.
  
• Respectful - Being lifestylers, ourselves, puts us in the unique position to  be more  sensitive and respectful of any issues that might arise.  Rest  assured, we're not about to  pass judgment on you - our goal is to fix your  problems, not create more of them.
  
• Private / Discreet - Your personal business remains just that, your  personal business.  We only access the files necessary for us to provide a  thorough servicing of your PC.  Any passwords you provide us are stored  in a 'one time use' form that is purged after the  session ends and never  written down.  In addition, you can watch the entire process from  the  comfort of your chair.  We aim to provide as comfortable a time as  possible for you  during our service.
